Information you provide

When you book through our website form, we ask for: your name, phone number, email (optional), pickup location, destination, pickup date/time, vehicle preference, passenger count, luggage count, and any special requests (e.g. child seat, wheelchair access, requesting a specific driver).

If you contact us via our online quote/chat tool, LINE Official Account, or WeChat, we receive the messages you send and any contact identifiers needed (e.g. your LINE user ID) to reply and help complete your booking.

Information collected automatically

We use Google Analytics to collect anonymized statistics about how you browse our site (pages viewed, time on site, device type, approximate location) to understand usage and improve our service. This data is not used to identify you personally.

• Confirm and arrange your transfer or charter trip, including vehicle dispatch, driver coordination, and quotes
• Contact you by phone, SMS, email, or LINE/WeChat to confirm booking details or notify you of itinerary changes
• Process deposits and balance payments, and issue receipts/invoices
• Respond to inquiries submitted via our live chat, LINE, WhatsApp, or WeChat

We do not sell your personal information. We share it with third parties only as necessary to deliver our services:

• Fleet operators and drivers: to arrange your ride, we share your name, phone number, pickup/drop-off locations, and trip time with the partner fleet operator and driver assigned to your trip.
• Live chat platform: our online quote/chat feature is powered by a third-party customer service platform (booking.aerocars.cc). Messages you type there are sent to that provider's servers to generate quotes and replies, and are not stored in TaiwanRide's own systems.
• Payment and messaging services: if you pay by credit card, LINE Pay, or bank transfer, the transaction is handled by the relevant payment provider; messages sent via LINE, WeChat, or WhatsApp are subject to that platform's own privacy policy.
• Legal requirements: we may disclose information where required by law, court order, or government authority.

This site uses cookies and similar technologies (including Google Analytics) to keep the site working correctly, remember your preferences (e.g. dark mode, language), and collect anonymized usage statistics. You may disable or clear cookies via your browser settings, though some features may not work correctly as a result.

Our services are intended for adults with legal capacity. If you book child-seat or related services on behalf of a minor, that information is used solely to arrange that trip and for no other purpose.
